The Middle Income Housing Project at Elliot Place in Borella

- The proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to award the design and construction contract of the proposed Middle Income Housing Project of 400 housing units at Elliot Place in Borella, on design and built basis to M/s Yanjian Group Co. Ltd., for a sum of Rs.7,799 million, excluding tax, as per the recommendation of the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
