Entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Sri Lanka and South Africa on Scientific and Technological Cooperation

- A proposal has been made to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Sri Lanka and South Africa to promote an effective cooperation in the fields of science, research and technology for the enhancement of social and economic development. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Susil Premajayantha, the Minister of Science, Technology and Research, to sign the MoU during the Science Forum which will be held on 07th and 08th of December 2017 in South Africa, was approved by the Cabinet.
