Presenting the Gazette Notification No.2031/49 issued in terms of the Revenue Protection Act for approval of Parliament

- Taking into consideration the requests made by the relevant industrialists, the proposal made by Hon. Mangala Samaraweera, the Minister of Finance and Mass Media, to present the Gazette Notification No.2031/49 dated 11th August 2017 in terms of the Revenue Protection Act, No.19 of 1962, to amend the descriptions of the selected Harmonized Commodity Codes and to create new sub divisions therein, in accordance with the policy decisions of the Government, in Parliament, for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
