Entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Sri Lanka and Nepal on Youth Development

- The proposal made by Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe, the Prime Minister in his capacity as the Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs, to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Sri Lanka and Nepal focusing attention on the areas where priority has to be given in the area of co-operation on youth development, such as implementation of programmes for sharing the knowledge and experience, leadership and personality development, as well as skills development, youth cultural programmes, encouraging the youth entrepreneurs in both countries, exchange programmes between the two countries to facilitate for the youth volunteer groups etc., was approved by the Cabinet.
