Middle Income Housing Project for the Professionals at Kulasevana Watta, Kottawa

- It has been planned for the implementation of a Middle Income Housing Project for the Professionals at Kulasevana Watta, Kottawa under the 'Urban Regeneration Project' implemented in the City of Colombo. Under this project 300 housing units are scheduled to be constructed and proposals have been called for, from the eligible contractors for the purpose and in response 04 bidders have submitted their proposals. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to award the relevant contract to M/s. Sathuta Builders (Pvt) Ltd., on design and build basis, for a sum of Rs.3,699 million as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC) which evaluated the proposals, was approved by the Cabinet.
