Construction of 115 Housing Units at the Torrington Mawatha, Colombo 07, under the 'Urban Regeneration Project'

- Bids have been called for, from the eligible contractors for the construction of 115 Housing Units at the Torrington Mawatha, Colombo 07, under the 'Urban Regeneration Project' and in response 05 bidders have submitted their proposals for the purpose. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to award the relevant contract to M/s. Subasinghe Contractors and Earth Movers on design and built basis, for a sum of Rs.395 million as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC) which evaluated the bids, was approved by the Cabinet.
