The 10th conference on the Air Services Negotiations of the International Civil Aviation Organization

- The annual International Civil Aviation Negotiation Conference (ICAN) organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), provides the opportunity for the World Air Services to enter into bilateral negotiations for the traffic rights between States. Arrangements are underway to host the said Conference which is held for the 10th time in Sri Lanka from 04th to 08th of December 2017. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Nimal Siripala de Silva, the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, to enter into an Agreement between the International Civil Aviation Organization and the Government of Sri Lanka for hosting the event in Sri Lanka, was approved by the Cabinet.
