Completion of the Construction of the City Traffic Building for the Sri Lanka Police

- The construction work of the 11 storied city traffic building for the Sri Lanka Police at Mihindu Mawatha in Colombo 12 has been commenced and construction works of 3 storeys had been completed under its first contract. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Sajith Premadasa, the Minister of Housing and Construction, to award the contract for the completion of the balance construction work to M/s. CML-MTD Construction Ltd., for a sum of Rs.388.5 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
