Establishment of Kawashima Compost Plants at Provincial Level

- The proposal made by Hon. Faiszer Musthapha, the Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government, to purchase Kawashima Compost Plants to establish compost yards in 09 Provinces adopting the Japanese Kawashima Technology, in accordance with the recommendation of the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, with a view to providing a solution to the major problem being the waste problem faced by the Provincial Councils presently, was approved by the Cabinet.
