Procurement of Anti Rabies Vaccine used for the prevention of Rabies

- International Competitive Bids have been called for the purchase of 2,900,000 vials of Anti Rabies (TC) Vaccine (Human Use) (0.5 ml /1ml) used for the prevention of Rabies and in response 03 Bids have been received. As such, the proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Rajitha Senaratne, the Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, to award the Tender to the M/s SmithKline Beechan (Pvt.) Ltd., the successful bidder, in accordance with the recommendations of the Procurement Appeal Board, was approved by the Cabinet.
