Projects aimed at enhancing digital literacy and infrastructure development and the promotion of Digital Economy and Good Governance and related Policies: 2016 - 2018

- The Ministry of Telecommunication and Digital Infrastructure has planned to implement 18 projects within the period from 2016 - 2018 under the programme for digitalization of economy. Out of the said projects, the 10 projects which exceeds Rs. 20 million for implementation within the provision set apart for the Ministry for the year 2017 have been identified and accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Harin Fernando, the Minister of Telecommunication and Digital Infrastructure, to implement the projects so identified, was approved by the Cabinet.
