Conducting the Annual Meeting of the International Rubber Study Group for the year 2018 in Sri Lanka

- The International rubber study group commenced its activities as an Inter-Governmental Organization comprising of rubber producing and consuming stakeholders in the year 1944 and by now, it comprises of 36 member countries including Sri Lanka and 120 industry members. As such, the proposal made by Hon. Navin Disanayake, the Minister of Plantation Industries to provide facilities to conduct the next Annual General Meeting of the Inter-Governmental Organization in Sri Lanka, was approved by the Cabinet.
