Allocation of land blocks from Regional Industrial Estates to set up new Industries

- The proposal made by Hon. Rishad Bathiudeen, the Minister of Industry and Commerce, to lease out 23 blocks of land available in the Industrial Estates of Buttala, Nalanda (Matale), Nalanda Ellawala, Galigamuwa, Kalutara, Millawa, Minuwangoda, Matugama, Dambadeniya, Nurana, Makandura (West), Dankotuwa, Udukawa and Trincomalee to the investors selected on lease term basis on payment of a lease rental determined by the Chief Government Valuer for a period of 35 years, was approved by the Cabinet.
