Procurement of essential drugs for the treatment of Cancer

- The proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Rajitha Senaratne, the Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, to award the tender for the procurement of 2500 vials of Trastuzumab Injection 440mg with solvent in 20ml vials to M/s Pharmace (Pvt.) Ltd., the lowest responsive bidder at a cost of Rs.360.25 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
