Press briefing of Cabinet Decision taken on 2017-03-21

Presenting in Parliament the Regulations made by the Minister of Sports under Section 41 of the Sports Act, No. 25 of 1973

- The proposal made by Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara, the Minister of Sports, to present the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.1990/23 dated 2016-10-27 including the Regulations of the National Association of Sports bearing No.01 of 2016 made by the Minister of Sports under section 41 read with section 31 of the Sports Act No.25 of 1973 and the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.2006/13 dated 2017-02-13 including the Regulations made amending the Regulations of the National Association of Sports, was approved by the Cabinet.
