Signing of a Protocol on Cultural Cooperation between Russia and Sri Lanka

- The proposal made by Hon. S.B. Navinne, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wayamba Development and Cultural Affairs to sign a protocol for the implementation of matters pertaining to the cooperation of the cultural field between Sri Lanka and the Russian Federation on Performing Arts, Cultural Exchange Programmes including the implementation of activities pertaining to the cultural field, during the scheduled Heads of State visit by H.E. the President to Russia in March 2017, was approved by the Cabinet.
