Re-development of the Bambalapitiya Flats

- The proposal made by Hon. Sajith Premadasa, the Minister of Housing and Construction to sign a Public‑Private‑Partnership Agreement between the National Housing Development Authority and the Investor concerned for the re‑development of the Bambalapitiya Flats, subject to the condition that within a period of 4 to 6 weeks of signing the Agreement the developer should transmit US$ 10 million to the country as recommended by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Management, was approved by the Cabinet.
