08. Entering into Agreements with the Government of Norway for Financial and Technical Assistance for the formulation of a Long - term National Fisheries Policy and Action Plan

- The proposal made by Hon. Mahinda Amaraweera, the Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development, to sign two Agreements between the Ministry of Trade, Industries and Fisheries of the Government of Norway and the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development in Sri Lanka, with a view to obtaining financial and technical assistance from the Government of Norway for the formulation of a new Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development Policy for Sri Lanka, was approved by the Cabinet.
