Signing of a Statement of Mutual Agreement between the Port of Colombo and the Port and Urban Projects Bureau of Kobe City Government of Japan

- The Sri Lanka Ports Authority has received an invitation to participate in the "International Port Conference" to be held in Kobe, Japan. This will provide a significant opportunity for Sri Lanka to share information on maritime affairs in the Asian Regions. As such, the proposal made by Hon. Arjuna Ranatunga, the Minister of Ports and Shipping, to sign a Statement of Mmutual Agreement between the Sri Lanka Ports Authority and the Port and Urban Projects Bureau of Kobe City Government of Japan, was approved by the Cabinet.
