Regulations made under the Companies Act, No. 07 of 2007

- The proposal made by Hon. Rishad Bathiudeen, the Minister of Industry and Commerce, to present the Regulations made by him pertaining to the "Company Secretaries" under section 527 of the Companies Act, No.07 of 2007, granting permission for the members of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka also to be registered as Company Secretaries and published in the Gazette Extraordinary No.1998/11 of 2016-12-20, in Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
