Proposed Re-location of the Manning Market in Pettah at Peliyagoda - Construction of Pile Foundation

- Under the Western Region Megapolis Development Plan, it has been planned to establish the Manning Market in Pettah at Peliyagoda. Accordingly, the land development activities for the relocation of the Manning Market at Peliyagoda has been completed and as the next step, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to award the contract for the construction of pile foundation in accordance with the recommendations of the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
