Implementation of the Government Borrowing Programme for 2017

- The proposal made by Hon. Ravi Karunanayake, the Minister of Finance, for the issuance of Sri Lanka Development Bonds up to US$1,500 Million, under the supervision of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to implement the Government Borrowing Programme for 2017, by strengthening the flexibility in domestic borrowing and the reserves of the country, was approved by the Cabinet.
