Greater Colombo Water and Wastewater Management Improvement Investment Programme - Project 2

- The proposal made by Hon. Rauff Hakeem, the Minister of City Planning and Water Supply, to award the contract for the construction of the Gothatuwa Reservoir with a capacity of 15,000 Cu.m, construction of the Gothatuwa Pump Station and the Booster Pump Station, with the Supply and Laying of 1,200 mm DI Pipes under Tranche 2 of the Greater Colombo Water and Wastewater Management Improvement Investment Programme, implemented with funds provided by the Asian Development Bank and the French Agency for Development (Agence Francaise de Development), as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
