Establishment of the Ceylon German Technical Training Institute

- Considering the necessity of incorporating the Ceylon German Technical Training Institute functioning under the Ministry of Skills Development and Vocational Training as a separate legal entity by an Act of Parliament, the proposal made by Hon. Mahinda Samarasinghe, the Minister of Skills Development and Vocational Training, to publish the Draft Bill on the Ceylon German Technical Training Institute, in the Government Gazette and subsequently, present it in Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
