Awarding four Contracts for the Development of Roads under the Let's Awaken Polonnaruwa District Development Programme of the Presidential Programme for 'Awakening Rajarata'

- The proposal made by Hon. Lakshman Kiriella, the Minister of Higher Education and Highways, to award the following four contracts implemented under the Let's Awaken Polonnaruwa District Development Programme of the Presidential Programme for 'Awakening Rajarata, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.

* Development of Manampitiya - Aralaganwila - Maduru Oya Road
(from 3.0km up to 33.0km)

* Rehabilitation and Improvement of the Dehiattakandiaya - Aralaganwila of Road
(from 0km up to 21.10km)

* Improvement of the Minneriya - Galoya Road
(from 0km up to 14.54km)

* Improvement of the Elahera - Giritale Road
(from 0km up to 29.0km)
