Colombo National Highways Project - Improvement of the Road section from Kottawa to Moragahahena on the Kottawa - Thalagala Road (B239)

- The proposal made by Hon. Lakshman Kiriella, the Minister of Higher Education and Highways, to award the contract for the improvement of the Road section from Kottawa to Moragahahena on the Kottawa - Thalagala Road (B239) from 1.0 km to 15.48 km under the Colombo National Highways Project funded by the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID), as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
