Memorandum of Understanding between the Sri Lanka and Tajikistan for the development of Sports

- The proposal made by Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara, the Minister of Sports, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the objective of taking necessary measures for the development sports having identified the significant fields of sports that have acquired achievements in both the countries, during the official visit of H.E. Emomali Rahmon, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, to Sri Lanka, scheduled between 13th to 15th of December 2016, was approved by the Cabinet.
