Memorandum of Understanding on Political Consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka

- The proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Harsha de Silva, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on Political Consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka, with the objective of enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation in the political as well as economic, trade, scientific, technical and cultural fields, during the official visit of H.E. Emomali Rahmon, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, to Sri Lanka, scheduled between 13th to 15th of December 2016, was approved by the Cabinet.
