- The proposal made by Hon. Lakshman Kiriella, the Minister of Higher Education and Highways, to award the contract for consultancy services of the above project funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
