Revision of charges for the services rendered by the Department of Registrar of Companies

- The proposal made by Hon. Rishad Bathiudeen, the Minister of Industry and Commerce to present the Gazette Extraordinary No.1990/12 dated 2016‑10‑25 issued by the Hon. Minister, revising the fees for the services rendered by the Department of Registrar of Companies under the provisions of the Companies Act, No.07 of 2007 and the Societies Ordinance, No.16 of 1891 as amended by the Act, No.11 of 2005, in Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
