Revocation of Irrevocable Deeds of Gift on the Ground of Gross Ingratitude Bill

- The proposal made by Hon.(Dr.) Wijayadasa Rajapaksa, the Minister of Justice, to present the 'Revocation of Irrevocable Deeds of Gift on the Grounds of Gross Ingratitude Bill', prepared to provide for the revocation of irrevocable deeds of gift, only on the order of a competent court, on the grounds of gross ingratitude to the donor by the donee, in Parliament, for approval, after publishing same in the Government Gazette, was approved by the Cabinet.
