Conducting the Cremation Ceremony of Late Most Venerable Nauyane Ariyadhamma Thero, the Venerable Sub-Chief Incumbent of the Ramanna Chapter, under State Sponsorship

- Appreciating the great service rendered to Sri Lanka nationally and religiously by the Late Most Venerable Nauyane Ariyadhamma Thero, Maha Kammattanacharya, Mahopadya, Thripitakacharya, Venerable Sub-Chief Incumbent of the Ramanna, Chapter and Chief Advisor to Kalyani Yogashrama Sansthawa, the proposal made by Hon. Vajira Abeywardena, the Minister of Home Affairs, to hold the Cremation Ceremony of Ven. Thero, under state sponsorship, was approved by the Cabinet.
