Organizing the 69th Independence Day falling on 04th February 2017

- The proposal made by Hon. Vajira Abeywardena, the Minister of Home Affairs, to appoint a Committee under the Chairmanship of Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe, the Prime Minister, to organize and monitor the programmes pertaining to the 69th Independence Day Celebration falling on 04th of February 2017, was approved by the Cabinet.
