Central Expressway Project - Construction of Phase 03 from Pothuhera to Galagedara (32.5 km) and the Receipt of Bids and Proposals

- The proposal made by Hon. Lakshman Kiriella, the Minister of Higher Education and Highways to call for bids and proposals as per recommendations of the Cabinet Committee on Economic Management (CCEM), to select a suitable contractor and a consultant for the construction activities of Phase 03 of the Central Expressway from Pothuhera to Galagedara (32.5 km), to be constructed under the financial assistance of Japan International Cooperation Corporation Agency (JICA), was approved by the Cabinet.
