Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on promotion of cooperation in the Fisheries Industry

- The proposal made by Hon. Mahinda Amaraweera, the Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development, to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China and the National Aquaculture Development Authority of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, for the purpose of promoting cooperation between the two countries in respect of fisheries activities, was approved by the Cabinet.
