Construction of District Secretariat Building Complex, Batticaloa

- The proposal made by Hon. Vajira Abeywardena, the Minister of Home Affairs, to award the Contract for the construction of a new 03 storied Building Complex for the District Secretariat, Batticaloa, to the lowest substantially responsive bidder, as per the recommendation made by the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
