Obtaining a Technical Cooperation Grant of Euro 13 million from the Federal Republic of Germany

- The proposal made by Hon. Ravi Karunanayake, the Minister of Finance, to enter into an agreement for a Technical Cooperation Grant of Euro 14 million agreed to be provided by the Federal Republic of Germany, during the visit of H.E. the President of Sri Lanka to Germany in February 2016, for the implementation of the 04 projects, namely the National Park and Buffer Zone Management Project in Wilpattu, the Vocational Training Project in the North and East, the Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME) Sector Development Project and the Facilitating Initiatives for Social Cohesion and Transformation (FLICT) Project, was approved by the Cabinet.
