Cross Country Pipeline Project (from Colombo Port to Kollonnawa Oil Terminal)

- Considering the necessity of expeditious implementation of the Cross Country Pipeline from Colombo Port to Kollonnawa Oil Terminal, the proposal made by Hon. Chandima Weerakkody, the Minister of Petroleum Resources Development, to implement the said project following the Government to Government (G2G) procedure, recommended as the most appropriate procurement procedure by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
