The Joint Action Programme between Sri Lanka and Thailand for the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation in the field of Tourism

- Sri Lanka and Thailand entered into a MoU on Cooperation in the field of tourism in the year 2013. Therefore, the proposal made by Hon. John Amarathunga, the Minister of Tourism Development and Christian Religious Affairs, to sign a Joint Action Programme for the implementation of the above MoU, between the Ministry of Tourism Development and Christian Religious Affairs of the Democratic, Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Kingdom of Thailand, during the forthcoming visit of the Hon. Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand to Sri Lanka, was approved by the Cabinet.
