Amendment to the Regulations on Payment made to the Arbitrators and the members of the Industrial Court appointed under the Industrial Dispute Act, for conducting Inquiries

- Having considered the necessity of revising the rates paid to the Arbitrators and the members of the Industrial Court for conducting inquiries, to suit their professional competency, the proposal made by Hon. W.D.J. Senevirathne, the Minister of Labour and Trade Union Relations, to amend the Regulations published in the Gazette Notification (Extraordinary) No. 1542/35 dated 2008-03-28, which are presently in operation in that regard, was approved by the Cabinet.
