Kalutara Town Centre Development - Construction of the proposed Commercial Complex in Kalutara

- It is proposed to construct a Commercial Building Complex consists of 140 stalls and 39 office rooms, linking the Bus Stand and the Railway Station, under the Kalutara Town Centre Development Programme. The estimated cost for the purpose is Rs.200 million. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to assign the above construction work to the Sri Lanka Land Reclamation and Development Corporation (SLLR&DC), was approved by the Cabinet.
