Upgrading of Health Facilities in the selected Hospitals under Chinese Assistance

- The above project would upgrade the health facilities and substantiate the equity of healthcare services by providing priority and urgently required medical equipment, non-medical equipment, other utility equipment and infrastructure facilities to the hospitals situated in all provinces in Sri Lanka. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Rajitha Senaratne, the Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, to implement the said project for the improvement of the health facilities of the hospitals identified, as per the recommendations made by the Cabinet Appointed Negotiating Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
