Central Expressway Project - Approval to obtain proposals from the Metallurgical Corporation of China (MCC) and to examine the possibility of obtaining credit facility for the execution of construction of the section from Kadawatha to Kossinna (0+500 km - 4+540 km)

- The proposal made by Hon. Lakshman Kiriella, the Minister of Higher Education and Highways, to explore the possibility of obtaining credit facility required for the construction of the section from Kadawatha to Kossinna in the Central Expressway Project from the EXIM Bank of China and to obtain technological and financial proposals from the Metallurgical Corporation of China (MCC), was approved by the Cabinet.
