Installation of new Sound System, CCTV System, Master Clock System and the Telephone Exchange in Parliament

- The existing Sound System, CCTV System, Master Clock System and the Telephone Exchange in Parliament have become obsolete, leading to a situation where a reliable service could not be had up to expectations. Therefore, the proposal made by the Prime Minister, Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe, to install new systems at an estimated cost of Rs.400 million, was approved by the Cabinet.
