Construction of a Seven Storied New Building Complex for the Health Education Bureau

- The main task of the Health Education Bureau is to assist the public to have a healthy life, through enhancing the health promotional activities. For this purpose, the institution conducts health educational awareness programmes in collaboration with various other institutions. The proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Rajitha Senaratne, the Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, to construct a building with adequate space to enable that institute to conduct its affairs more formally, was approved by the Cabinet.
