Cabinet Sub-Committee on Constitutional Reforms

- As per the decision taken taken at the Cabinet meeting held on 2015-11-18 to appoint a Cabinet Sub-Committee chaired by the Hon. Prime Minister, to submit recommendations pertaining to the methodology to be followed and the Constitutional changes to be made in order to implement the proposal presented by H.E. the President to draft necessary Constitutional provisions to abolish the Executive Presidency and amend the Electoral System, the proposal made by the Prime Minister, Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe, in his capacity as the Chairman of the said Sub-Committee, to appoint the following Cabinet Ministers to the said Sub-Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
