Obtaining a Technical Cooperation Grant of eruo 7 million from the Government of Federal Republic of Germany

- The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany has agreed to provide a Technical Cooperation Grant amounting to euro 7 million for the implementation of three projects, namely, the Management project of Wilpattu National Park and the Buffer Zone around it, Education Project for Social Integration and the Small and Medium Scale Enterprise Development Project and as such, the proposal made by Hon. Ravi Karunanayake, the Minister of Finance to sign the exchange notes between the two countries for the purpose, was approved by the Cabinet.
