- The Cabinet, at its meeting held on 2015?07?08, has granted approval to develop the General Hospital, Kalutara as a specialized Maternal and Children’s Hospital and the Cabinet noted that the Government is to enter into two Agreements with the Rabo Bank of the Netherlands and the Hatton National Bank of Sri Lanka, to obtain a financial facility of Euro 28.7 million required for the purpose, on the information submitted by Hon. Ravi Karunayake, the Minister of Finance.
