Outer Circular Highway Project – Obtaining Consultancy Services for the Construction Supervision of Civil Works of the Section ii of the Northern Section from Kerawalapitiya to Kadawatha

- The proposal made by Hon. Kabir Hashim, the Minister of Highways and Investment Promotion, to issue a Treasury Guarantee to the Bank of Ceylon, on behalf of the Road Development Authority, in respect of financing the cost of consultancy services contract for the supervision of the construction of Segment II of Northern Section of the Outer Circular Highway from Kerawalapitiya to Kadawatha, was approved by the Cabinet.
