Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) and the Research Center for Eco?Environment Sciences (RCEES) - The proposal made by Hon. Rauff Hakeem, the Minister of Urban Development, Water Supply and Drainage, to sign the above MoU for investigating into the root causes of the unidentified Chronic Kidney Disease (CKDu) and to identify sustainable Water Treatment Technologies for the CKDu affected areas in Sri Lanka, was approved by the Cabinet. |
